Faculty of Agriculture Holds Orientation for New Undergraduate Students

The Faculty of Agriculture organized an orientation program for the new undergraduate students to introduce them to academic and administrative processes. The event took place on the 8th of March, 2024, at 10:00 AM, at the Ango Abdullahi Auditorium.

The guest speaker, Prof. I.U. Abubakar, emphasized the professionalism and opportunities in agriculture, encouraging students to take pride in their chosen field. He advised them to stay focused, avoid negative influences, and uphold ethical conduct.

Dr. Muhammad Buhari, the Examination Officer, provided an overview of the course credit system at ABU Zaria, ensuring students understand academic requirements.

The Faculty Officer discussed faculty administration and effective communication, urging students to rely on official sources for information rather than speculation or misinformation.

In his closing remarks, Dean, Prof. S.B. Abdu, expressed his support for the students, assuring them of an open-door policy. He wished them success as they embarked on their academic journey at ABU Zaria.
